Executive Director of Manufacturing & Operations | Aseptic Manufacturing of Sterile Injectables

Human & Animal Health Products | Small Molecule | Master’s Degree

Allow me to introduce myself

With over two decades in directing cross-functional teams in the manufacture of small molecule human and animal health sterile products, I have dedicated my career to specializing in the aseptic manufacturing of sterile injectables, parenterals, and medical devices.

As a Site Head for a 179,000 ft² multi-site campus, I have overseen critical manufacturing and operational activities, including validation, maintenance, operational excellence, manufacturing quality engineering, facilities, custodial services, and security. I have directed aseptic manufacturing processes that span equipment preparation, compounding, aseptic filling, terminal sterilization, inspection, and packaging. My role also included managing operational budgets, capital expenditures, and leading a significant CAPEX project, resulting in an 18,000 ft² addition and 37,500 ft² of interior renovation at the ARI-NY campus.

Throughout my career, I have led transformative initiatives that enhanced product integrity and ensured adherence to regulatory standards. I have worked with teams passionate about quality and compliance, and together, we’ve built processes that ensure product safety and efficacy.I am deeply committed to cultivating a positive workplace culture. I believe leadership is about influence, focusing on building trust-based relationships that foster effective partnerships and collaboration. These elements are key to enhancing efficiency and driving growth.

By leading teams and focusing on accountability, I’ve seen how a motivated workforce drives substantial growth. For example, by integrating inspection and packaging processes, we improved Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by 20% in 12 months, significantly boosting productivity and efficiency. The improvements in operational efficiency and workplace culture that I’ve led have directly contributed to business success. A notable achievement includes implementing Six Sigma methodologies across multiple sites, resulting in a 50% reduction in the fill-to-release cycle time and generating $1.7 million in savings over 12 months. These initiatives streamlined operations and played a critical role in driving overall growth.

My experience and achievements are a testament to the power of strategic leadership, continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams. I am passionate about what I do and am eager for new challenges and opportunities to apply my expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, continuous improvement, and leadership to drive business success.
